Peace On Earth Hunt: Part Two
By Shaza Denver,
Good Day Faithful Readers,
As I mentioned before I am slowly getting through the Peace On Earth Hunt. I am trying to do it in stages.....well because, its ah HUGE hunt. There are some 297 stops along this grid wide hunt. So far the prizes have been amazing. I am really impressed with the quality of the prizes the fantastic creators are setting out this season.
From seasonal outfits, seasonal landscaping, seasonal decor to just items we use in our every day Second Life experience, this hunt has something for everyone. There are gifts for men, gifts for kids, and gifts for everyone in between. A hunt for all ages and genre. So get on out there and get your hunt on. I am going to post the url for the web site again in case you missed it the previous article: https://peaceonearthsl.wordpress.com/ .
So my first showing is a sweet little cocktail dress that can be used for those festive holiday parties in Second Life. Actually you could use this cocktail dress for any occasion. The designer Mariposa has set out this hunt prize that is stop number 49 along the way. This dress is a rich golden color that is perfect for this holiday season. Head on over and grab this one up. Your going to love it.
Now for some festive boots. Who does not love reindeer??? Reindeer boots....OMG! These boots are so adorable you won't want to take them off. They come to us from Vicarious Youth. To make the prize even better, they come in kid TD size, baby TD size and adult Slink flat size, and a resize pair that can be adjusted to fit your mesh body. I love them and am sure you will too! Vicarious Youth is stop number 133 on the hunt. Now dash away to more fantastic gifts on the hunt!
I found this great pose gift on the hunt from Poses With Attitude. Its stop number
12 on the hunt. I found it great for that holiday pose with family. I had a little help with this one from some of the girls in my family. Its a great pose prop to have when you want something fun and festive for your family photo this Christmas.
That's it for now my loyal readers and friends. Enjoy the hunt! I am doing this one with my family. Its so much fun with all of us racing to find the elusive globe.
Until next time,
Sincerely
Shaza

The Peace On Earth Hunt
By Shaza
Hello Faithful Readers,
This week I am going to feature a hunt that has been around Second Life forever. The POE hunt. For those of you that are new, this is a fantastic hunt. The prizes you will find are from some of the top creators in SL. I wait patiently all year for this hunt. If you never do another hunt in SL, you really should do this one. This is the longest running hunt in Second Life, having been around for some 10 years. Now that is quite a feat. I think we all know how quickly things come and go in SL. Ten years .... well that kind of speaks of the greatness of this hunt.
This is just good fun for entire family. Do it in a group, with family, with friends. On my hunt quest I have found other hunters that work with me to find the elusive globe that contains the prize. It really is a fun hunt and you should try it. My advice is to do a few at a time. This is a long hunt, with some 297 prizes to be found. Some of the stores have multiple prizes to be found. To get out and enjoy this one. You won't be sorry.
This is the URL of the website with all the hints and even some peeks at the prizes.
https://peaceonearthsl.wordpress.com/
I am going to show you some of the prizes I have found already. Every week I am going to get an article out with more of these fantastic prizes.
Stop number 14 on the hunt sent me to Storax Tree. There I found the globe that contained this gorgeous candle lit tree. The POE Glove was pretty simple to find, and the prize inside it simply beautiful.
Now something for the ladies. Some of us have the bento hands. I myself find them to be wonderful. With the movements of the bento hands its very realistic. On to our prize. At the store slipper I found the prize glove fairly easy.
Its stop 4 in this hunt. Inside the globe is a fantastic prize for bento hands, but also included in the globe are nails for Slink hands as well. So if you have bento or Slink hands you are going to love these Christmas nails. The nails are both right and left hands.
Lastly I am going to show you the most adorable thing I have found on the hunt thus far. From Potomac Signature Homes stop 153 on the hunt, I found these cute little pets. Now I jumped ahead a bit on the hunt. I was at Potomac Homes looking at a house there and found the hunt prize instead. The house was gorgeous too!
These are just a few of the wonderful prizes your going to find once you get going on this grid wide event. Take your time, take some friends, take some family! Your going to enjoy this one for sure.
Until next time, have much fun, and as always enjoy your Second Life.

The Jerky Turkey Hunt
By Shaza Denver
Hello Readers,
Today I am writing to you about a long standing event that happens every year here in Second Life. Its a hunt. As promised I am going to be covering events and happenings in SL that are of interest to you our readers. This time out there its a hunt.
As its almost Thanksgiving here in the states, there is a hunt that has been around for years now that I follow. I look forward to the Jerky Turkey Hunt every year. Not only are there fantastic creators involved, its a well put together hunt. The clues are easy to follow and the prizes ....... well you will see as I am going to post a few.
I have always found thought that creators should put their best foot forward when it comes to gifts and hunt prizes. It gives a creator a chance to showcase their product in a favorable light and reach people in a fun way. The better the prize, and the quality of that prize, the more apt you are to go back and shop at that store. At least that is how it is for me. Also if you are there to get the prize, you might join the group if you are so inclined.
Now on to the hunt. The Jerky Turkey Hunt has been around Second Life for years. Its a fun hunt with a total of 53 stops. Each prize cost 1 linden. As I am going to show you, some of these prizes are well worth that 1 linden.
There is a web site with easy to use landmarks, and even easier clues to follow that will help you along the way with this hunt. I will say, follow the clues to the letter, and you will find your prize. Your looking for an orange turkey feather. Here is the addy to the website.
http://evilbunnyhunt.blogspot.ca/p/hunt-hints_7.html
That's the landmarks and hints page of this hunt. There is also a picture of the item you will be hunting. This hunt runs until November 30th. So get out there and get going. Your going to love it!
Let me show you some of the prizes to be found.
This cute little jumper dress is the prize from Mooh. Its called the Jenny Dress. I just love how cute it is.
Now even though its getting a bit of a chill in the air you can still pull off a pretty halter dress. Everyone needs a nice semi-formal. This prize from Grumble is no exception. Its a lovely addition to your wardrobe. This is the prize from Grumble, which by the way is the starting point of the hunt.
There is a pretty hair to be found as a prize at "Firelight". I had never heard of this shop before so I took a bit of time looking around. Its a gorgeous prize that comes
with a hud that allows you two color choices.
I am going to be doing more of this hunt in the coming days. I really am enjoying doing this hunt with my Second Life family. I hope you will enjoy doing this hunt as well!
Until next time,
Shaza

The Kultivate Spring Fashion Event
By Gemma Cleanslate
“Kultivate Magazine in conjunction with AIM is pleased to announce it’s first ever Spring Fashion Event! The Spring Fashion Event will take place February 11 to 26, 2017! This event will consist of fashion shows, a shopping area with exclusives, a special hunt, entertainment, and more! The Fantasy Angels will also present a special themed show as the finale on February 26, 2017!” To see what is going on during the event check this website https://kultivatemagazine.com/
I went over to visit the region to check on what would be for sale and what would be going on .
The build is futuristic and fun to walk . There are 50 fashion designers to shop and the recipient of the event is “Feed a Smile” . I found some lovely spring outfits on display and finally gave in and bought a few outfits .
Here I am on the Runway pretending I am in the show! I am wearing an exquisite creation 'Banu’ by Niles Karas of Flowerdreams.
And my other choice which looked so fresh and light is Prism Dawn in pink (you have choices of color) by Jezzixa Cazalet. Some of my favorite merchants are here . Two hunts will be going on during the weeks and hints are available on the website too. I will be going back for those! If you are interested in the numerous fashion shows take a look there at the website above.
It is all for a wonderful cause.” Feed a Smile is a project of the RL registered non-profit organization - Live and Learn in Kenya Int'l. (LLK Int'l) www.llk-selb.de Brique Topaz - (Zeiner) is the real-life Chairwoman of the organization in Kenya and in Germany. LLK Int'l is in its 11th year - and has sent hundreds of children to school.” 1L feeds a child lunch in Kenya so it is really worth something. You have until February 26 to shop your heart out and see the spring fashions.

Christmas Treats From Our SL Designers
By Mylie Foxclaw
As Christmas approaches, our Second Life designers have been putting out some wonderful gifts for the residents.
For this post, I will be showing you a few gifts you should not miss out and how you can style them for a great overall look.
First of all, this sexy silver dress is a free Christmas gift from Paperarrow and the headband is a gift from Oleander.
The dress looks great to go clubbing and with the festive season, the deer headband is a cute addition.
I opted for the Fenella hair (without the hat) which is available at Truth for and the Kyrra Heels from Ricielli.
Of course, you can always style this dress with a shorter hairdo and a matching pair of silver heels.
You will find the dress and headband near the huge Christmas tree at the paperarrow sim, in the middle.
Style Card 1:
Hair: Fenella from Truth Hair http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Truth/158/27/34

For the second look, I am wearing the Katia Hoodie from Mooh!
It is a hunt gift from the Peace on Earth Hunt that is currently going on.
I’ve paired this up with my favourite ripped jeans from Blueberry and by ankle boots from Ingenue.
The hair I am wearing is called Enjoy by Elikatira.
Concerning the headband, it’s another gift from Oleander, available at the Paperarrow sim.

I decided to hunt for a few more
gifts from the Peace on Earth hunt and I will show you two beautiful
evening gowns which you would not want to miss out.
First, this pink gown is from Ghee! and it is very classic and elegant.
I opted for the Sugar updo from Truth (A VIP group gift).
For a classic dress like this, it is nice to go for an elegant updo that will add that lovely touch of glamour.
Style Card 3:
Hair: Sugar from Truth Hair (VIP Group gift) http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Truth/158/27/34
Dress: Peace on Earth Gown from Ghee http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Qeestein/141/91/ 1501
Shoes: Dianthus shoes by Glamistry - http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Glamistry/153/60/ 602
The next gown is from Sascha’s Designs and I’m very in love with that colour.
This dress has a sexier flair to it and I opted for the Venus hair by Truth.
As for the heels, I’m wearing my Glamistry Dianthus heels for
with both dresses. (They are hidden under the dress, so you can wear any
type of high heels)
Style Card 4:
Hair: Venus from Truth Hair http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Truth/158/27/34
Dress: Aurianna Aqua Gown from Sascha’s Designs http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Coco%20Beach% 20Kelina/226/202/24

I can say that our SL Designers are really spoiling us with these wonderful treats for Christmas!

Fall Outfits
By Mylie Foxclaw
Wondering what to wear this fall?
Today I have two looks that look comfortable yet chic and trendy.
These are two quick looks that require just a few minutes to put together.
Whether you are using a standard shape or a mesh shape, these two looks are compatible for both.
Outfit 1 – After the Rain
If you hate spending too much
time shopping or putting a look together, you will love the ‘After the
Rain’ outfit from Beautiful Dirty Rich.
This outfit is available in a variety of colours which include red and purple.
I picked the brown one as the colours work perfectly for this season.
It comes with a cardigan, vest and t-shirt as well as jeans, boots and a cap.
Furthermore, you will find a hud that gives you a range of prints
in brown shades to choose from for the cardigan as well as colours for
the boots, vest, the t-shirt, the buttons and embellishments.
Thus, you can personalize your look according to your preferences.
You can choose any type of hair for this look but if you like the hair I am wearing in the picture, it is called ‘No’ by Magika.
The ‘After the Rain’ outfit costs L$200 and the hair costs L$260 and comes in different shades.
Outfit 2- Casual Chic for the Fall
For this second look, I chose this cute off shoulder sweatshirt by Très Blah.
It is currently available for the October round of Collabor88 after which you will find it in the
Très Blah store.
There are a variety of shades to choose from.
Mine says ‘C’est la vie’ which means ‘its life’ in French.
I paired this up with my favourite jeans, the spiked jeans light from Ricielli but you can choose your own.
My personal trick when wearing shirts and jeans is to wear the jeans in a size or two smaller.
This way, your shirt will not poke through your jeans where they meet.
To add a bit of glamour to this look, I opted for this pair of
high heels open-toe shoes called Dianthus from Glamistry in black.
I think it also adds some sexiness to the look.
For the hair, I suggest to opt for buns, short hair, or braided
hair; anything that leaves the shoulder exposed since this is what makes
the sweater so feminine even though it’s a casual look.
I am wearing the hair Malea from Truth in dark brown shades.
The sweater currently costs L$188 at Collabor88.
The hair is L$250 and the shoes are L$479.
The jeans are available at L$265.
These two looks are perfect for this season.
They look so comfortable yet feminine and trendy.
You can also add your own personal touch to them.
Styling Cards:

Outfit: ‘After the Rain – Brown’ by Beautiful Dirty Rich – http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Beautiful%20Dirty% 20Rich/128/111/22
Outfit 2 – Casual Chic for the Fall
Hair: ‘Malea’ by Truth http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Truth/158/27/34
Sweatshirt: ‘Olsen Sweatshirt’ by
Très Blah for Collabor88 - http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/8%208/88/204/1088

Shoes: ‘Dianthus’ by Glamistry -
http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Glamistry/153/60/ 602
Just a note: Ricielli started a Halloween hunt on the first November till the first of December.
You will need to hunt for a Halloween pumpkin and each pumpkin costs L$15.
Hunt items include shoes, clothing and a handbag for women.

DrFran’s Alt Goes Hunting: Furry Fashion Valentine Hunt
By DrFran Babcock
On these pages I have said often that I think the furry community does not do a good job of promoting or providing freebies. My alt, Desirée, has been itching for a hunt for a while, and since she became a white tiger she has been at a loss to find a good hunt.
Thanks to my boss, Bixyl, I saw a press release for the Furry Fashion Valentine Hunt, and decided to have Desirée take up the challenge.
The Hunt
The Furry Fashion Valentine Hunt asks you to find twenty roses that are hidden on the Furry sim, home of the Furry Fashion Main Store. The sim is quite a lovely place, and Desirée found herself returning over and over again to pose and just spend time. Great care has been taking to make the environment a pleasing one, and the owner, Amethyst Crystal, has succeeded admirably.
The roses are not too difficult to find, but some
of them are tricky. Each one contains an item of clothing, and all of them were
keepers. Desirée’s favorite was the sexy DJ Outfit, all in black, with musical
G-clefs acting as pasties, but all of the items are worth having. Both male and
female apparel can be found in the hunt, and there’s a useful tuxedo for the
gentlemen. If you look at the pictures you will see that the high quality of design and color sense is apparent. In addition, several of the clothes are color change, making them even more useful for people who like to coordinate outfits.
Details
Hurry, hurry. The hunt only runs until the 15th
of February. I have asked that it be extended, but at press time, I had not
heard if this was so. If you are furry, and you want to expand your wardrobe,
this hunt is a must for you.The hunt is here: Furry Fashion - http://maps.secondlife.com/
DrFran Babcock
*Addition* The hunt has indeed been extended to February 22.

DrFran’s Alt Goes Shopping
By "Desirée"
Poor DrFran is suffering from horrible writer’s block, so I
am taking over her position for a while. Although she is quite inactive, I have been all over the grid, because
October is my favorite month. After all, it’s the month of Halloween—time for
ghouls and ghosts, and DrFran’s favorite: bats.
Join me for a look at some of the mostly free (no more than
one Linden) items available, as well as a look at two of the scary sims featured
on the Destination Guide for horror month.
An Entire Look,
Entirely Free
For October there are gifts and hunts galore. It’s always
easiest to find clothing, but I worked especially hard to find skin and hair
that were free. So this first batch of photos is a look that can be had for no
Lindens!
Photo 1: Taken at Havenhollow. This build was in world last
Halloween, and provided days of fun. Not only is the build an accurate
recreation of a small town in the Fall, but it’s also a place where you can go
Trick or Treating! Grab a bucket and go, or just hangout out in the
neighborhood playground. It’s fun and unpredictable.
Picture 1 - Desirée
is wearing:
Skin: Lumae Evie
– Lady Death - October Group Gift (free to join). What a great skin for the
season. Half ghoulish/half gorgeous; it makes a perfect base for your Halloween
costumes. Hair: *Milk* http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Pink%20Ambition/ 151/133/6 Chatterbox – *Milk* has morphed into
*SOONSIKI* Hair, but if you go and join the new group (free), you can get this
hair that is long and flowy, but has an added bonus. The hair comes with a
whopping ten HUDs that will change the color of the hair to almost any shade
you might want. I chose dirty blond, but you have almost one hundred colors
from which to choose.
Shoes: Lindy’s
New and Retro Shoes Odea Boots. I love the texture on these boots that are free
in the Into the Darkness Hunt.
Dress: This
slinky dress that comes with guns and hip holsters is from the 007 James Bond
Hunt, and it’s by MishMash Fusion. There is also a man’s suit in the prize. (http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Bougainvillea/197/ 215/3001
)
Jewelry: Lazuri
Touch of Stone Fuschia Necklace and Earrings. Lazuri makes great jewelry, and
these items are available free in their main store. (http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/5th%20Avenue/119/ 120/22
)
Stockings: Free
on the marketplace: https://marketplace. secondlife.com/p/318School- TightsBlack/5992879
Not Free, But Almost
The second batch of goodies were photographed on Nightmare
at the Park (http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Rowdy/153/122/22
). Grab a flashlight, and explore the house on the hill.
Outfit: Miss
Mischief Halloween Gift for the Heebie Jeebie Hunt. (one Linden)
Jewelry: Lazuri
Color-change Pearl Drop Earrings and Beads. I love color change items, because
they can be worn with so many diferent outfits.
Booties: Lindy’s
Aiden Boots from the 007 James Bond Hunt
Do You Need Halloween
Decorations?
I want to share with you one more hunt, because the prizes
are all free, and are of very high quality. The Malice in Wonderland Hunt is a winner for a few reasons. First, it
is a pretty easy hunt. There are only ten prizes (multiples in some boxes), and
they are in one store, and not too difficult to find. You are looking for ten
brains, zombie fans, and they are filled with entire trees and grasses, and a
spooky house, and great fog, that DrFran is using at a Halloween party, if she
ever gets moving again. Check out the photo to get an idea of the quality of
the prizes.
Happy Halloween
It’s up to you to take advantage of all the special love
that happens at this time of year. Let the holidays begin!

DrFran Gets Furry – The Quest for Cover Hunt
By DrFran Babcock
A while ago I wrote an editorial about how hard it was to find decent freebies for Furries. With the Quest for Cover Hunt, I have had to take back my words. This free hunt has 40 shops in it, and the items to be won range the gamut from clothes to avatar modification kits.
I am usually human, but to humor her friends and boss I can become a fur. My favorite fur is a Siamese cat, so I donned it and went looking for the hunt item, a kitty shaped donut. There were prizes for males and females, but you will only see the female ones (Any males out there who want to do hunt articles on male items? I hope I never have to don a male alt. That’s all I will say on this topic.
I did not cover every item in the hunt, and as always I show what I want to show. The hunt runs until August 11th, so shake your tail, and get hunting.
A Selection of Hunt Prizes
QFC Prize 1 from Furry Fashions – These mesh leggings come with a HUD that allows you to change colors. They come in five different sizes, to fit all avatars, but I had to remove my lower legs for them to fit correctly. I like color-change items, because I can wear them with a lot of different outfits. Furry Fashion:http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Furry%20Fashion/ 125/33/1235
QFC Prize 3 – I am always amazed when someone gives away a really valuable and nice item in a free hunt. This Ladies Pleasure Small Tack House is a delightful petite building. H0ney Heart, the owner of Ladies Pleasure is a great builder. I have seen her work at the Builders Brewery Show and Tell. This is definitely a keeper, and only 11 LI! http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Cherry%20Island/ 221/28/21
QFC Prize 4 – This prize box came with a number of items in it: Several pairs of eyes, and other items, but it was Winry's Whimsey Blueburry Soap Typer that I liked the best. This mouthie is adorable, but what makes it really fun is the bubbles it releases when you type. Sadly the eyes didn’t fit my avatar, but maybe they will fit yours. Winry’s Whimsey: http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Saturnia/180/83/91
QFC Prize 7 – What would a fur event be without a tail? Well, you needn’t worry because Cubic Cherry Kre-ations Tail is here to save the day. The tail isn’t animated, but it’s curly and just might be the right touch from some outfits. http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Sania%20Isle/87/ 107/3281
QFC Prize 8 – Some may find these Hybrid Ears a bit odd, but I like them, because they are so different. They are made by Fujiwara's World and can be found here: http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Sania%20Isle/32/99/ 3277’
QFC Prize 10 – This was my favorite of the hunt, not only because it was a cute dragon hoodie from VOIDVOIDVOID, but because it was provided along with the Photoshop texture, so that if I want I could retexture the hoodie in any colors and textures I want. The hoodie is available here: http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Furry%20Fashion/ 172/158/1203
QFC Prize ? - Murder of Ravens Enderbeast Avatar. This is a crazy, crazy avatar. I kind of think that the missing arms are actually because this is a mod? Help me furries. http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife//209/212/251
QFC 13 and 14 – Simple Prim Glasses from Static http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Caisteal/221/84/31 and Katatonik Color Change Bowhttp://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Katat0nik/157/120/ 91
QFC Prize 25 - Lyrieal's Boutique: All Tangled Up: Large assortment of clothes. Here's the red tangled outfit that just screamed Panther, so I changed avatars.http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Isle%20of% 20Miracles/54/97/474
Taken at La Botanique http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Miriam%20Brown/22/ 179/610 In many, many colors.
That’s only a little over half of what’s in store, but I figure this article will be too long to read if I keep going. I have to say that I am convinced that there’s hope for the future of free furry fun (sorry, couldn’t resist the alliteration).

DrFran’s Alt Goes Hunting And Freebie-Finding
By DrFran Babcock
Desirée is always happy to go look for Freebies or Cheapies at any time. The beginning of a new month is always a great time to go look for new items on the grid. Thus, when I asked her to check out some of the goodies for May, she was more than happy and got started immediately.
You are going to want to stop what you are doing (bookmark SL Newser, so you can come right back to it!), and pick up some of these items ranging in price from two Lindens to zero Lindens.
The Cotton Candy Hunt
Back in the days when DrFran did a lot of hunts, she adored The Cotton Candy Hunt. Ladies, what can you say negatively about items that are cute and pink? You will want to go on this hunt if you think like this. The items in the hunt are two lindens per prize, but they are so well worth the tiny expense, because how often do you get quality hair and skin? Look for a little cotton candy for the hunt prize, of course.
There are a whopping 111 Stores participating in this hunt, and Desirée did not complete the whole thing, but put together a complete outfit from the prizes. The only item in the picture that is not from the hunt is the Eaters Coma Group Gift hair (http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/SIXTY%20NINE/128/ 126/501 ) that is her favorite:

Sexy and I Know It Hunt
This is the second year for the Sexy and I Know It Hunt. This time around is just as good as the first, and the one Linden items are again worth their weight in “keeping this in my inventory.” With 119 prizes, there is something for everyone, but Desirée’s taste run to hair and clothes.
Again, everything in the picture is from the hunt except the Free analog dog hair, that is still available on the beach at analog dog: (http://maps.secondlife.com/ secondlife/Analog Dog Hair/100/29/999 ).

The Chapter Four Gifts
But wait; there’s more. If you don’t know The Chapter Four, after this article you will. The Chapter Four presents top content creators in Second Life™ four times a year, and DrFran is often shelling out Lindens there. However, the big news is that this time there are dozens of Freebies put out by the vendors to celebrate the one year anniversary of the event. All you have to do to get the free gifts is to join the group, go to The Chapter Four, and click on the gift boxes located next to each creator’s display. The only SLurl you need is the one to The Chapter Four:

DrFran’s Alt Goes Hunting: April 2014
The Sinister Goth
Sinner’s Hunt – Vanity, Sweet Dreams are Made of This Hunt, and Rock the Basket
Hunt
By DrFran Babcock
It’s a new month, and that means lots of new hunts starting
up. Desirée was eager to get going on a new round of freebies and dollarbies.
Along the way she stopped at two of the sims on the Destination Guide, in
between scooping up some nice items that are on display here.
Hunt Etiquette
There are several rules that are best followed when hunting.
The first of these is to not call out the locations of hunt objects to other
people. The idea of a hunt is to find objects, as in hunting for them! It’s
fine to take a friend or two with whom to hunt, and can even be a lot of fun.
The second rule is to not bother the content creators
excessively. I have had times when the object found was not set for sale. In
every one of these cases an IM to the content creator, and a wait of a few days
was usually sufficient to rectify the broken hunt item.
Last, do spend some looking in the hunt stores if you like
the prize you have gotten. DrFran has spent thousands of lindens in shops
simply because of some great hunt gifts.
The Hunts
The SLurls for the items are given below, because they were
readily available on the hunt websites that are listed below. The items below
were selected by Desirée, and reflect her tastes. Of course, your taste in
prizes may differ. This is a good thing, because there are dozens of more
prizes available in all of the hunts, and all of them last until the end of the
month. Enjoy yourself as you realize that you do not have to spend a ton of
money to look good in Second Life™.

place of hidden romantic spots, and a fine place for a date, even though she
was alone.
